Natalie Watson is a Pilates Movement Therapist, Holistic Health Coach, Allied Health Assistant, and author.
Her work is unique and grounded in lived experience, professional expertise, and a deep belief that healing is a continuous weaving — one thread at a time.
After navigating the profound journey of caregiving for her two sons, both diagnosed with a rare metabolic disorder, Natalie transformed her personal story of loss, resilience, and hope into a powerful mission: to support caregivers, trauma survivors, and anyone seeking to reconnect with their body, heart, and spirit after significant life events.
In 2017, Natalie founded Back to Life Studio. Originally a boutique Pilates wellness studio in regional Victoria, Her online space is now called Back to Life & Beyond the chapter for her she shows up in this world.
Through her writing, and advocacy work she now offers a space for renewal, reconnection, and rejuvenation — honoring the life that has shaped us and offering support to develop the strength that carries us forward.

I have done Natalie’s introduction to TRE trauma release exercises and one of her Neuro-flow classes. Both experiences have released and relieved tension and pain held in my body and left me feeling relaxed, calm, contemplative and really improved restorative sleep. I’ve always struggled in the past with the idea and practice of meditation as all I want to do is twitch. This seems like a great solution for me combining gentle exercise, shaking it out (tremoring), followed by a calm meditative phase before reawakening yourself and moving on with your day.
